का.आ. 91 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, धातुत्पादक खान विनियम, 1961 के विनियम 11 के उप - विनियम ( 1 ) , उप -विनियम (2 ) , उप-विनियम ( 3 ) और उप - विनियम ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 450 ( अ ) , तारीख 22 मई, 2001 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, खनन परीक्षा बोर्ड का गठन करती है और निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए उस बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्: -

S.O. 91 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - regulations ( 1 ) , ( 2) , (3 ) and ( 4 ) of Regulation 11 of the Metalliferous Mines Regulations , 1961 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Labour number S.O. 450 (E) dated 22nd May, 2001 , the Central Government hereby constitutes the Board of Mining Examinations and appoint the following persons as members of that Board for a period of three years from date of publication of this notification , namely :-
