The Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961, and in supersession of the notification of the Govt. of India in the then Ministry of Labour number S.O. 450(E) dt. 22 May, 2001, constitutes the Board of Mining Examination and appoint the persons as members of that Board for a period of three years.
