S.O. 101 ( E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 3 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963 ) read with rule 3 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection) Rules , 1964 , the Central Government hereby extends the term of the Council , as constituted vide notification No. S.O. 723 ( E ) dated 10th July, 2002 and amended vide notifications No. S.O. 3235 dated 13th November, 2003 ( published on 22nd November , 2003 ), No. S.O. 983 (E) , dated 6th September, 2004, No. S.O. 1182(E) , dated 26th October, 2004 and No. S.O. 2941 dated 9th November, 2004 ( published on 20th November, 2004) for a further period of three months w.e.f. 10th January, 2005 or till the new Council is reconstituted , whichever is earlier .
का.आ. 101 ( अ ) निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एवं निरीक्षण ) नियमावली, 1964के नियम 3 के साथ पठित निर्यात ( गुणवत्तानियंत्रण एवं निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 10 जुलाई, 2002 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 723 ( अ) के तहत गठित और दिनांक 22 नवम्बर, 2003 को प्रकाशित दिनांक 13 नवम्बर, 2003 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 3235, अधिसूचना सं . का.आ. 983 ( अ ) दिनांक 6 सितम्बर, 2004, अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1182 ( अ) दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर, 2004 तथा दिनांक 20 नवम्बर, 2004 को प्रकाशित 9 नवम्बर, 2004 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2941 के तहत संशोधित परिषद्के कार्यकाल को 10 जनवरी, 2005 से और तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए अथवा नई परिषद् का पुनर्गठन होने तक, जो भीपहले हो, बढ़ाती है ।
