The Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with rule 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby extends the term of the Council for period of three months w.e.f. 10th January, 2005 or till the new Council is reconstituted.
