Decision about the requirement of the constitution of a Tribunal under section 150 of MS Act, 1958, hereby constitutes a Tribunal with headquarters at Port Blair and refers the dispute raised by the petitioner and appoints Shri Janak Digal, IAS (AGMUT:1985) who shall submit the award of the Tribunal to the Central Government within 1 months.
