सं. के.भ.नि. /XIV-4/भर्ती, वेअरहाउसिंग कॉरपोरेशन अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 58 ) की धारा 42 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय, भण्डारण निगम ( कर्मचारी ) विनियम , 1986 में संशोधन कर निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम ( स्टॉक ) ( 32 वां संशोधन ) विनियम , 2006 कहा जाएगा ।
( 2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
2. केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम ( स्टाफ ) विनियम , 1986 के परिशिष्ट 2 में, -
(i) ( क) सामान्य प्रबन्धन संवर्ग के अन्तर्गत महा प्रबन्धक ( सामान्य ) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या-3 पर पदोन्नति शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत, कॉलम संख्या -7 में "अथवा प्रबन्धक " शब्द हटा दिये जायेंगे ।
(ख) वित्त एवं लेखा संवर्ग शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत महा प्रबन्धक ( वित्त एवं लेखा ) के पद से संबंधित क्रम सं. - 2 पर पदोन्नति शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत , कॉलम संख्या-7 में "प्रबन्धक " शब्द हटा दिया जायेगा ।
(ग) तकनीकी संवर्ग शीर्ष के अन्तर्गत महा प्रबन्धक ( तकनीकी ) के पद से संबंधित क्रम सं. -1 में, पदोन्नति शीर्ष , के अन्तर्गत कॉलम संख्या-7 में "अथवा प्रबन्धक " शब्द हटा दिये जायेंगे ।
(ii ) सामान्य प्रबन्धन संवर्ग के अन्तर्गत क्र.सं. - 4 एवं 12 पर उप महाप्रबन्धक (सामान्य ) एवं उप महाप्रबन्धक ( अनुसंधान एवं विकास ) के पदों से संबंधित कथित पद की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित होंगी , अर्थात्-

( आईडीए ) वेतनमान ले रहे सार्वजनिक संस्थाओं/वाणिज्यिक संगठनों के मध्यस्तरीय प्रबन्धन अधिकारियों में से ।
उपर्युक्त विषयों में से किसी एक विषय में डॉक्टरेट उपाधि प्राप्त व्यक्तियों को वरीयता दी जाएगी । सामान्य प्रबन्धन कैडर में 10000-325-15200 रु. ( सीडीए) अथवा 13000-350-18250 रु. ( आईडीए ) वेतनमान ले रहे सहायक महाप्रबन्धक के रूप में कार्य कर रहे निगम के अधिकारी भी निश्चित अवधि के लिए पात्र होंगे बशर्ते वे आवश्यक योग्यताएं रखते हों ।
( iii ) एकल संवर्ग के अन्तर्गत उप महाप्रबंधक ( कस्टम बॉडिंग ) के पद से संबंधित क्रम सं. - 3 पर कथित पद की प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियोंसे प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

( आईडीए ) वेतनमान का मानदण्ड निगम में सामान्य प्रबन्धन संवर्ग में सहायक महाप्रबन्धक के पद पर तैनात केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम के अधिकारियों पर लागू होगा।

No. CWC/XIV -4/ Rectt. In exercise of powers conferred by Section 42 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962 ), the Central Warehousing Corporation, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Warehousing Corporation ( Staff) Regulations, 1986 , namely:-
1. ( 1) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) ( 32nd Amendment) Regulations, 2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. InAppendix - II to the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986:-
(1) (a) under the heading General Management Cadre , against Sr. No. 3 relating to the post of General Manager (General ), under Column No. 7 under heading "promotion " , the words " or Manager " ; shall be omitted ;
(b) under the heading Finance and Accounts Cadre , against Sr. No. 2 relating to the post of General Manager (F&A) , under column No. 7, under heading " promotion " , the words "/Manager " ; shall be omitted;
(c) under the heading Technical Cadre , against Sr. No. 1 relating to the post of General Manager (Tech) under the column No. 7, under the heading " promotion " , the words " or Manager " ; shall be omitted;

सं.के.भ.नि./XIV-4/भर्ती, वेअरहाउसिंग कॉरपोरेशन अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 58 ) की धारा 42 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम ( कर्मचारी ) विनियम , 1986 में संशोधन कार निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है अर्थात्ः-
1. इन विनियमों को केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम ( कर्मचारी ) ( 31वां संशोधन ) विनियम , 2006 कहा जाएगा ।
2. ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
3. केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम ( कर्मचारी ) विनियम , 1986 के परिशिष्ट-2 में शीर्ष सामान्य, एकल तकनीकी तथा वित्त एवं लेखा संवर्ग : में जहाँ भी "प्रबन्धक, संयुक्त प्रबन्धक एवं उप प्रबन्धक " शब्द लिखे होंगे वहाँ क्रमशः " उप महाप्रबन्धक, सहायक महाप्रबन्धक एवं प्रबन्धक " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित होंगे ।

No. CWC/XIV -4/Rectt. In exercise of powers conferred by Section 42 ofthe Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (58 of 1962) , the Central Warehousing Corporation , with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986 namely :-
1. ( i) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) (31st Amendment) Regulations, 2006.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Appendix- II to the Central Warehousing (Staff) Regulations , 1986 , under the headings General , Isolated, Technical and Finance and Accounts cadres , for the words " Manager, Joint Manager and Deputy Manager " wherever they occur, the words " Deputy General Manager , Assistant General Manager and Manager " shall be substituted .
