The Central Govt. hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Customs Tariff Rules, 2009, may be called the Customs Tariff Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Govts of Member States of the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of India Fourth Amendment Rules, 2010.
