The Central Govt. hereby constitutes a Water Disputes Tribunal to be called as the Mahadayi Water Disputes Tribunal, with its headquarters at New Delhi, for the adjudication of the water disputes relating to the inter-State river Mahadayi, and the river valley thereof.
