सा.का.नि. 925(अ).- भोपाल गैस रिसाव त्रासदी ( दावों का निस्तारण ) अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1985 का 21 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , भोपाल गैस रिसाव त्रासदी के पीड़ितों के कल्याण के लिए आयुक्त के पद का सम्वर्ती प्रभार धारण करने के लिए मध्य प्रदेश उच्चन्यायालय के वर्तमान जज श्री न्यायमूर्ति राजेन्द्र मेनन को पदभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या अगला आदेश होने तक , जो भी पहले हो , नियुक्त करती है ।

G.S.R. 925 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of Section 6 of the Bhopal GasLeak Disaster ( Processing of Claims) Act, 1985 (21 of 1985), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Justice Rajendra Menon, a sitting judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh to hold concurrent charge of the post of Commissioner for the Welfare of the Victims of Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster, for a period of one year from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders , whichever is earlier .
