The Central Govt. hereby appoints Shri Justice Rajendra Menon, a sitting judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh to hold concurrent charge of the post of Commissioner for the Welfare of the Victims of Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster, for a period of one year from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
