का.आ. 2865 ( अ ) -राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग -81 के कि.मी. 12.600 से कि.मी. 13.60 , समसी बाइपास , मालतीपुर बाइपास , चंचल बाइपास और मिसिंग लिंक के निम्नलिखित अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट भूमि खण्ड के संबंध में निर्माण ( चौड़ीकरण/चार लेन बनाए जाने आदि ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन एवं प्रचालन के लिए एडीएम ( भूमि अधिग्रहण ) , मालदा को इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से , उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत उक्त प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए एतद्वारा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है : -

New Delhi , the 25th November , 2010
S.O. 2865 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes ADM (L.A. ) Malda as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from km . 12.600 to km . 13.60 , Samsi Byepass , Maltipur Byepass , Chanchal Byepass and Missing link of the National Highway No. 81 for building (widening/ four - laning,etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation in the State of West Bengal as specified in the Schedule given below :-
