Central Government hereby authorizes ADM (L.A.) Asansol as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 276.5 to km. 281.141 (Mangalpur byepass) of the National Highway No. 60 for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of West Bengal as specified in the Schedule given below
