Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (for state of Goa and Union Territories) hereby makes the following regulations for the development of power generation from renewable energy sources and for procurement of energy from renewable sources by distribution licensee may be called the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for state of Goa and Union Territories (Procurement of Renewable energy) Regulations, 2010.
