का.आ. 2990(अ).-बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10 ) की धारा 56 के साथ पठित बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 53 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की सिफारिश पर, एतद्वारा , यह घोषणा करती है कि बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंध बड़ौदा मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बैंक लि. , वड़ोदरा , गुजरात पर 31 मार्च, 2011 तक की अवधिके लिए लागू नहीं होंगे ।
का.आ. 2989(अ).- बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10 ) की धारा 56 के साथ पठित बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 53 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की सिफारिश पर , एतद्वारा , यह घोषणा करती है कि बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंध सुरेन्द्रनगर जिला सहकारी बैंक लि. , सुरेन्द्रनगर, गुजरात पर 31 मार्च, 2011 तक की अवधिके लिए लागू नहीं होंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 53 ofthe Banking Regulation Act , 1949 (AACS) readwith Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act , 1949 (10 of1949), the Central Government on recommendation of the Reserve Bank of India , hereby declares that the provisions of sub -section ( 1) of Section 11 ofthe Banking Regulation Act , 1949 (AACS) shall not apply to Baroda Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. , Vadodara , Gujarat, for the period till 31st March, 2011 .
