The Central Govt. on recommendation of the Reserve Bank of India, hereby declares that the provisions of sub-section 1 of Section 11 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (AACS) shall not apply to the Surendranagar District Co-operative Bank Ltd., Surendranagar, Gujarat for the period till 31st March, 2011.
