का.आ. 17(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( क) के अनुसरण में, और भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं काआ. 2007 ( अ) , तारीख 13 अगस्त, 2010 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, श्री वी. जे. राजपुत , जिला योजना अधिकारी , गुजरात सरकार को प्रतिनियुक्ति पर गुजरात राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन , एचपीसीएल मित्तल पाइपलाइन्स लिमिटेड ( एच. एम. पी. एल. ) की मुंदरा- बठिण्डा पाइपलाइन के लिए 23-9-2010 से तथा अगले आदेशों तक सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th January, 2011
S.O. 17 (E) . In pursuance of Clause ( a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in supersession of notification number S.O. 2007 (E ) , dated the 13th August , 2010 , the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri V. J. Rajput , District Project Officer, Government of Gujarat , on deputation to HPCL- Mittal Pipelines Limited , to perform the functions of the Competent Authority for the Mundra- Bathinda Pipeline Project, under the said Act, within the territory of the State ofGujarat w.e.f. 23-9-2010 and until further orders .
