Rajput, District Project Officer, Government of Gujarat, on deputation to HPCL-Mittal Pipelines Limited, to perform the functions of the Competent Authority for the Mundra-Bathinda Pipeline Project, under the said Act, within the territory of the State of Gujarat w.e.f. 23-9-2010 and until further orders.
