सा.का.नि. 34(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी नियम, 1971 के नियम 26 के साथ पठित कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 20 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय (कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग) की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 214 (अ) , तारीख 13 अप्रैल, 2006 को, उन बातों के सिवाय जिन्हे ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, अधिक्रांत करते हुए , पादप संरक्षण, संगरोध और संचयन निदेशालय के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को, समस्त भारत पर अधिकारिता के साथ कीटनाशी निरीक्षक नियुक्त करती है, जो भारत सरकार के पादप संरक्षण सलाहकार द्वारा जब भी निदेश दिया जाए या कृषि मंत्रालय के निदेशाधीन नमूने लेंगे, अर्थात् :--

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Insecticides Act , 1968 (46 of 1968 ) , read with rule 26 of the Insecticides Rules , 1971 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation ) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part - II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ) , vide number G.S.R. 214 ( E ) , dated the 13th April , 2006, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers of the Directorate of Plant Protection , Quarantine and Storage as Insecticide Inspectors with All India jurisdiction who shall draw samples as and when directed by the Plant Protection Adviser to the Government of India or under direction from the Ministry of Agriculture , namely : -
