The Central Govt. hereby appoints the following officers of the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage as Insecticide Inspectors with All India Jurisdiction who shall draw samples as and when directed by the Plant Protection Adviser to the Govt. of India or under direction from the Ministry of Agriculture.
