का.आ. 124(अ).-बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10 ) की धारा 56 के साथ पठित बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 53 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की सिफारिश पर , एतद्वारा , यह घोषणा करती है कि बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम , 1949 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंध जिला सहकारी बैंक लि. , मउ - ए, उत्तर प्रदेश पर 31 मार्च, 2012 तक की अवधि के लिए लागू नहीं होंगे ।
