The Central Govt. on recommendation of the Reserve Bank of India, hereby declares that the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (AACS) shall not apply to Zila Sahkari Bank Ltd., Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, for the period till 31st March, 2012.
