The Central Govt. is, therefore, of the opinion that continuation of Tirap and Changlang districts of Arunachal Pradesh as disturbed areas under the Armed Forces (Special Power) Act, 1958 is necessary for a further period of six months with effect from 1st October, 2011, unless withdrawn earlier.
