का.आ. 2479(अ).-खान अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 35) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा खान सुरक्षा संगठन के महानिदेशालय में उप- महानिदेशक खान सुरक्षा , श्री राहुल गुहा को विद्यमान नियमों केअनुसार 2-11-2011 से 9-11-2011 तक अथवा श्री सतीश पुरी, खान सुरक्षा महानिदेशक, धनबाद द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने तक सभी क्षेत्रों के संबंध में, जिन पर उक्त अधिनियम लागू होता है, मुख्य निरीक्षक खान के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 2nd November, 2011
S.O. 2479(E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Mines Act , 1952 (35 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Rahul Guha, Deputy Director General ofMines Safety, in the Directorate General ofMines Safety Organization to be the Chief Inspector of Mines for all the territories to which the said Act extends with effect from 2-11-2011 to 9-11-2011 or till the assumption of duties by Shri Satish Puri, Director General of Mines Safety, Dhanbad as per the extant Rules .
