The Central Govt. hereby appoints Shri Rahul Guha, Deputy Director General of Mines Safety, in the Directorate General of Mines Safety Organization to be the Chief Inspector of Mines for all the territories to which the said Act extends with effect from 2-11-2011 to 9-11-2011.
