सा.का.नि. 892(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , विधिक माप विज्ञान अधिनियम , 2009 ( 2010 का 1 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 7 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राज्य सरकार की सहमति से , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 , धारा 27 , धारा 28 , धारा 29 , धारा 30 , धारा 33 , धारा 34 , धारा 35 और धारा 36 के उपबंधों और विधिक माप विज्ञान ( पैकेज में रखी वस्तुएं) , नियम, 2011 के नियम 32 के उपबंधों से संबंधित अंतर राज्यिक व्यापार और वाणिज्य के सम्बन्ध में निदेशक द्वारा प्रयोक्तव्य सभी शक्तियां झारखंड , पंजाब और उत्तराखंड राज्योंके नियन्त्रक, विधिक माप विज्ञान को इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए प्रत्यायोजित करती है कि उक्त उपबंधों के अधीन की गई कार्रवाई कीतिमाही रिपोर्ट, जिसमें दर्ज किए गए , शमनीय , अभियोजित और सिद्धदोष मामलों की संख्या सम्मिलित है, निदेशक को भेजी जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th December, 2012
G.S.R. 892 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (7 ) of Section 13 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 ( 1 of 2010 ) , the Central Government, with the consent of the State Government , hereby delegates all the powers exercisable by the Director in relation to inter -State trade and commerce relating to the provisions of Sections 18,27, 28 , 29 , 30, 33 , 34, 35 and 36 ofthe said Act and rule 32 of the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities ) Rules , 2011 to the Controller in the States of Jharkhand , Punjab and Uttrakhand subject to the condition that a quarterly report of the action taken under the said provisions , in- cluding the number of cases booked, compounded , pros- ecuted and convicted, shall be sent to the Director .
