Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 to the Controller in the States of Jharkhand, Punjab and Uttrakhand subject to the condition that a quarterly report of the action taken under the said provisions, including the number of cases booked, compounded, prosecuted and convicted, shall be sent to the Director.
