का.आ. 3006(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण अधिनियम, 2010 (2010 का 19 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , न्यायमूर्ति श्री पि. ज्योतिमणि, मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय के भूतपूर्व न्यायाधीश को, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि या उनके द्वारा सड़सठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो , राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण के न्यायिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th December, 2012
S.O. 3006(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 6 and read with Section 7 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 ( 19 of 2010), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Justice P. Jyothimani , former Judge of High Court of Madras , as the Judicial Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty - seven years , whichever, is earlier .
