The Central Govt. hereby appoints Shri Justice P. Jyothimani, former Judge of High Court of Madras, as the Judicial Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty-seven years, whichever, is earlier.
