का.आ. 3027(अ).- भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें तथा निबंधन ) नियमावली , 1992 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा , श्री एस. रमन , को अपर सचिव , भारत सरकार को देय वेतनमान या रुपये 2,50,000/- प्रतिमाह के समेकित वेतन में उनके द्वारा पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा 65 वर्ष की आयु तक अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi , the 28th December, 2012
S.O. 3027 (E) .-In exercise of power conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, 1992 (15 of 1992) , read with rule 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules , 1992 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. Raman, as Whole Time Member ( WTM) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India in the scale ofpay admissible to Additional Secretary to the Government of India or a consolidated salary of Rs . 2,50,000/- per month with effect from the date of assumption of the charge ofthe post for 5 years or up to 65 years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earliest .
