The Central Govt. hereby appoints Shri S. Raman, as Whole Time Member (WTM) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India in the scale of pay admissible to Additional Secretary to the Govt. of India or a consolidated salary of Rs. 2,50,000 per month with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for 5 years or up to 65 years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
