का.आ. 32( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण अधिनियम , 2010 ( 2010 का 19 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा (1 ) और उप- धारा ( 3 ) तथा धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , श्री रंजन चटर्जी, नं. 25 न्यू मोती बाग , नई दिल्ली-110023 , को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनके पेंसठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, इनमें से जो भी पूर्वतर हो , राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण के विशेषज्ञ सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 32( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 6 and Section 7 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 ( 19 of 2010), the Central . Government hereby appoints Shri Ranjan Chatterjee , No. 25, New Moti Bagh , New Delhi - 110023 , as the Expert Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from the date of publication of this notification for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty- five years , whichever, is earlier.
