Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ranjan Chatterjee, No. 25, New Moti Bagh, New Delhi-110023, as the Expert Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from the date of publication of this notification for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever, is earlier.
