Cochin Port Trust, Willingdon Island, Ernakulam district in the State of Kerala as per limits specified in the Table below to be the Customs Area, for the purpose of berthing UTL Administration (Union Territory of Lakshdweep) vessels both passenger as well as cargo and other merchant ships and to be a place for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
