Elect one Director to the Central Board of the Bank, notice is hereby given that only one nomination has been received for the above vacancy upto the closing time fixed for receipt of nominations. The aforesaid nomination has been found valid and in terms of Section 19A of the State Bank of India Act, 1955, the candidate has been found fit and proper for being elected as Director to the Central Board of State.
