का.आ. 218 ( अ ), उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1986 (1986 का 68 ) की धारा 20 की उप- धारा (3 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , चयन समिति की सिफारिश पर , एतद्वारा सुश्री रेखा गुप्ता , आई ए एंड ए.एस. ( सेवानिवृत्त ) को समय - समय पर यथा-संशोधित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण नियम , 1987 के साथ पठित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम , 1986 में निर्धारित शर्तों पर , 14 जनवरी , 2013 के पूर्वाहन से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके 70 वर्ष की आयु के हो जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो , राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd January, 2013
S.O. 218 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub-section ( 1) read with Sub -section (3 ) ofSection 20 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 ( 68 of 1986) , the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee , hereby appoints Mrs. Rekha Gupta, IA & AS ( Retd . ) as whole-time Member of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with effect from the forenoon of the 14th day of January, 2013 , for a period offive years , or until she attains the age of 70 years , whichever is earlier, on the terms and conditions prescribed in the Consumer Protection Act , 1986 read with the Consumer Protection Rules , 1987 as amended from time totime.
