The Central Govt, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, hereby appoints Mrs. Rekha Gupta, IA and AS (Retd.) as whole-time Member of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with effect from the forenoon of the 14 day of January, 2013, for a period of five years, or until she attains the age of 70 years.
