The Central Govt. hereby appoints Smt. Rumi Kumari Phukan, District and Sessions Judge, Kamrup, Guwahati, as Judge to preside over the National Investigation Agency Special Court, that is, the Special Court of the Special Judge, Central Bureau of Investigation, Assam at Guwahati, consequent upon the transfer of Shri H. K. Sharma who was appointed as a Judge to preside over the said National Investigation Agency Special Court.
