का.आ. 322(अ).-खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानदंड अधिनियम , 2006 की धारा 5 एवं 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानदंड प्राधिकरण ( खाद्य प्राधिकरण ) के निम्नलिखित पुराने/मौजूदा अंशकालिक सदस्यों का कार्यकाल दिनांक 2-2-2013 से दो माह की अवधि या उनकी आयु 62 वर्ष होने तक अथवा नए अंशकालिक व्यक्तियों की नियुक्ति होने तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो बढ़ाया जाता है :-
अधिनियम की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के तहत नियुक्त

S.O. 322 ( E) .-- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 and 7 of the Food Safety and Standards Act , 2006 , the tenure ofthe following old/ existing part - time members ofthe Food Safety and Standards Authority of India ( Food Authority), is extended for a period oftwo months with effect from 2-2-2013 or till they attain the age of 62 years or till the new part - time members are appointed whichever is earlier: ----
