In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 and 7 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, the tenure of the following old/existing part-time members of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (Food Authority), is extended for a period of two months with effect from 2-2-2013 or till they attain the age of 62 years or till the new part-time members are appointed whichever is earlier
