सं. ए-60011 / 136/2012- प्रशा.- III ( वि.का. ) ( i ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा श्री यू.बी.एस. बेदी , न्यायिक सदस्य , आयकर अपीलीय अधिकरण को दिनांक 4 फरवरी, 2013 ( पूर्वाह्न ) से तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए अथवा पद के नियमित आधार पर भरे जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो, विदेशी मुद्रा अपील अधिकरण के सदस्य के पद का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सौंपती है ।

No. A-60011/ 136/2012 - Admn. III (LA) (i) . The Central Government hereby entrusts the additional charge ofthe post ofMember of the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Echange to Shri U.B.S. Bedi , Judicial Member, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal , with effect from 4th February, 2013 (forenoon) for a period of three months or till the post is filled up on regular basis , whichever is earlier.

सं. ए-60011 /136/2012- प्रशा.- III ( वि.का. ) ( iii ).-विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध अधिनियम , 1999 ( 1999 का 42 ) की धारा 26 के उपबंधों के अनुसार , श्री यू.बी.एस. बेदी, न्यायिक सदस्य, आयकर अपीलीय अधिकरण , जो विदेशी मुद्रा अपील अधिकरण के सदस्य के पद का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार भी संभाल रहे हैं , विदेशी मुद्रा अपील अधिकरण के अध्यक्ष के रूप में कार्य करेंगे ।

No. A-60011/ 136/2012- Admn . III ( LA) ( iii) .--In terms of the provisions of Section 26 of the Foreign ExchangeManagementAct , 1999 (42 of 1999), Shri U.B.S. Bedi , Judicial Member, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and also holding additional charge of the post of Member of theAppellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange , shall act as the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange.
