The Central Government hereby entrusts the additional charge of the post of Member of the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange to Shri R.P. Tolani, Judicial Member, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, with effect from 4th February, 2013 (forenoon) for a period of three months or till the post is filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
