The Central Govt. having regard to the special regulations in force in respect of the duty hours, rest day and overtime of the Flotilla workers working under Mumbai Port Trust hereinafter referred to as the Port Trust, hereby directs that the provisions of Sections 13 and 14 of the said Act shall not apply to the said workers for a period of five years commencing from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
