The Jute Packaging Material (Compulsory Use in Packaging Commodities) Act, 1987 (JPM Act, 1987) and also under Rule 3(a) of the Rules issued vide No. G.S.R. (B) under the JPM Act, 1987 have decided to constitute the Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) as per the following composition.
