The Central Govt. being the appropriate Govt. in relation to a school established, owned or controlled by the Union territory of Chandigarh, hereby notifies the children of war widows, children of disabled persons having minimum sixty per cent disability for either of the parents as per the certificate issued by the Medical Board of General Hospital, Chandigarh.
