In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), hereby directs that with effect from the 23rd August, 2013, the Pragathi Gramin Bank and the Krishna Grameena Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function.
