पफा. सं. 5-90/2012/अभातशिप/अनुभव छूट.— अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद्् अध्निियम, 1987 ;1987 का 52द्ध की धरा 8 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध और ;2द्ध के साथ पठित धरा 23 की उप-धरा ;1द्ध और ;2द्ध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद्् एतद््द्वारा अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद्् ;समूह 'क' 'ख' तथा 'ग' पद द्ध भर्ती विनियम, 2007 में संशोध्न करते हुए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती हैः
;1द्ध इन विनियमों को अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद्् ;समूह 'क' 'ख' तथा 'ग' पद द्ध ;प्रथम संशोध्नद्ध भर्ती विनियम, 2013 कहा जाएगा तथा ये दिनांक 1 अप्रैल, 2013 से प्रभावी माने जाएंगे ।
;2द्ध विद्यमान भर्ती विनियमों के कॉलम 13 में सहायक निदेशक के पद से संबंध्ति प्रावधन संशोध्ति किये गए हैं तथा उनके स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रावधन प्रतिस्थापित किए गए हैंः
फ्पदोन्नतिः
वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अध्किारी अथवा वरिष्ठ लेखा अध्किारी अथवा प्रणाली विश्लेषक प्रोग्रामर में से, जिन्होंने नियुक्ति के बाद ग्रेड में नियमित आधर पर पाँच वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो ।
प्रतिनियुक्ति :
क ;iद्ध केन्द्र अथवा राज्य सरकार अथवा विश्वविद्यालयों अथवा स्वायत्त निकायों अथवा सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रा के उपक्रमों में पैतृृक काडर अथवा विभाग में नियमित आधर पर अनुरूप पदधरी अध्किारी ऋ अथवा
;iiद्ध रू. 8000-13500 के वेतनमान में अपने पैतृृक काडर/विभाग में नियुक्ति के पश्चात्् ग्रेड में चार वर्ष की नियमित सेवाऋ तथा
ख निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक योग्यताएं एवं अनुभव रखने वाले :
2 [भाग III—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण अनुभवः2. किसी संगठन में पर्यवेक्षी स्तर का चार वर्ष का व्यावसायिक अनुभवऋ अथवा केन्द्र अथवा राज्य सरकार अथवा विश्वविद्यालय अथवा उच्चतर शिक्षा के अन्य संस्थानों अथवा सरकार द्वारा स्थापित स्वायत्त निकायों में शिक्षण/अनुसंधन, शैक्षिक नियोजन अथवा प्रशासन अथवा विधिक मामलों में चार वर्ष का अनुभव ।
नोट : जिन व्यक्तियों के पास डाक्टोरल डिग्री और/अथवा प्रकाशित अनुसंधन कार्य के साथ तकनीकी रिपोर्ट लिखने का प्रमाण है उन्हें अध्मिान दिया जायेगा । ''

ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th November, 2013
F. No. 5-90/2012/AICTE/Exp. Relax.—In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 23 read with sub-section (1) & (2) of Section 8 of the All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987 (52 of 1987), the All India Council for Technical Education hereby frames following Regulation amending the All India Council for Technical (Group 'A' 'B' & 'C' posts) Recruitment Regulations, 2007:
(1) These Regulations may be called the All India Council for Technical Education (Group 'A' 'B' & 'C' posts) (1st Amendment) Recruitment Regulation, 2013 and will deem to have come into force with effect from 1st April, 2013.
(2) The provisions contained in Column 13 of the existing Recruitment Regulations with relation to the post of Assistant, Director, shall stand amended and be substituted by the following provision:
''Promotion: From amongst Senior Administrative Officer or Senior Accounts Officer or System Analyst Programmer with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis.
Deputation: (a) (i) Officers from the Central or State Government or Universities or Autonomous bodies of PSUs holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with four years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of Rs. 8000-13500 in the parent cadre/department; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
1. ''Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer application or Management including Behavioral Science Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience:
2. Four years professional experience at Supervisory level in an organization; or four years experience in Teaching/Research, Educational Planning or Administration or in Legal matters in Central or State Government or University or other institutions of higher education or Autonmous Bodies set up by the Government.
Note: Preference will be given to persons holding Doctorate degree and/or published research work with evidence of writing the technical reports."
