Whereas Gazette Notification No. S.O. 2353(E) dated 12th October, 2011 was amended vide Notification dated 20th September, 2013 to the extent of restoration of certificate of registration for Chlorpyriphos 50 per cent Cypermethrin 5 per cent EC Formulation of M/s. Gharda Chemicals Limited, as the formulation was held to be safe, provided it is applied in the presribed dosage and manner.
