A National Industrial Tribunal is constituted with headquarters at Kolkata with Justice Dipak Saha Ray, Presiding Officer of CGIT, Kolkata as its Presiding Officer and the above said dispute is referred to the above said National Industrial Tribunal for adjudication with a direction that Justice Dipak Saha Ray shall proceed in the matter from the stage at which it was left by Justice Manik Mohan Sarkar and dispose off the same accordingly.
