dk-vk- 3611¼v½-—भारतीय समुद्रतटीय क्षेत्र (विदेशी जलयानों द्वारा मत्स्यन पर विनियमंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1981 (1981 का 42) की धारा 2 के खंड (एम) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 13 नवम्बर, 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2888(अ) के अधिक्रमण में केन्द्र सरकार, ओखा, पोरबंदर, मुम्बई, न्यू मंगलौर, गोवा, कोचीन, तुतिकोरिन, मंडपम, चैन्नई, विशाखापटनम, पारादीप, हल्दिया, पोर्ट ब्लेयर, कोलकाता, पुदुचेरी, काकिनाडा, कृष्णापटनम, निजामापटनम, कराईकल और गोपालपुर के निर्दिष्ट पत्तनों को उक्त अधिनियम, के प्रयोजन के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट पत्तन निर्धारित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd December, 2013
S.O. 3611(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (m) of Section 2 of the Maritime Zone of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981 (42 of 1981) and in supersession of the earlier Notification published vide number S.O. 2888(E), dated 13th November, 2009 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) of the Extraordinary Gazette of India, the Central Government hereby specifies the ports of Okha, Porbander, Mumbai, New Mangalore, Goa, Cohin, Tuticorin, Mandapam, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradeep, Haldia, Port Blair, Kolkata, Puducherry, Kakinada, Krishnapatnam, Nizampatnam, Karaikal and Gopalpur as specified ports for the purposes of the siad Act.
