The Central Govt. hereby specifies the ports of Okha, Porbander, Mumbai, New Mangalore, Goa, Cohin, Tuticorin, Mandapam, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradeep, Haldia, Port Blair, Kolkata, Puducherry, Kakinada, Krishnapatnam, Nizampatnam, Karaikal and Gopalpur as specified ports for the purposes of the siad Act.
